General Policies

  1. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS MAY BE MADE TO FIT YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS BY CALLING  610-647-3085.
  2. You may sign up for classes any time as tuition is prorated. Read #6. 
  3. There are no refunds, except #5; however, every effort will be made to make up any canceled class(es).  Class(es) missed or canceled during the semester may by made up during the same semester in any other Kindermusik class.  One class may be made up by visiting a Kindermusik class to asses if your child is ready for the next level of the Kindermusik curriculum.  A telephone call to the Office is all that is necessary. 
  4. A $10 non-refundable Administrative Fee is included in the total cost of each class.
  5. Deposit, Tuition and Administrative Fee are refundable in full in the form of a bank check only if the call is canceled. 
  6. A $17 Late Registration Fee for each child will be charged for all registrations postmarked, phoned in or entered online one week after classes begin.
  7. Replacements on defective curriculum materials are ONLY available up to 30 days after the first class.
  8. Sibling Kits for additional children enrolled in the same class are required in Village, Our Time, Imagine That & Young Child.
  9. A $75 charge will be made for participating siblings not of program age who attend Village or Our Time classes.
  10. A charge of $30 will be made for all items returned to Kindermusik from the bank or from the credit card company.
  11. By signing up for Kindermusik class, I agree to release, indemnify & hold Beverly R. Hall & The Malvern School of Music harmless from any & all liability claims, actions, judgments, damages or injuries of any kind & nature whatsoever to the participant and/or his property, arising from participation in the activities for which the participant is registered.
  12. By signing up for Kindermusik class, I agree to allow my name, phone number & e-mail address to be published in a list distributed only in my class.
  13. By signing up for Kindermusik class, I agree to allow picutres of me & my child(ren) to be used in all forms of advertising for Kindermusik by Beverly Hall.
  14. Kindermusik prices include the following PA State Sales Tax on Kindermusik curriculum:  Village / Sign & Sing Combo  $3.40; Our Time  $2.64; Family Time $3.24; Imagine That!  $3.18; ABC Music & Me $2.43; Kindermusik for the Young Child, Semester 1 & 3  $3.88; Semester 2  & 4  $2.70.
  15. I have read & understand all information & agree to all policies.

Refund Policy

Our studio offers the following refund policies. Only one policy will apply to the class your child is registered for. The class description and the registration process will identify the exact refund policy for the class you have chosen.

Kindermusik by Beverly Hall Family Courtesy Information

  1. PAYMENTS TO FIT PERSONAL NEEDS.
  2. All funds non-refundable. 
  3. Deposit & tuition refundable only if class canceled. 
  4. No refunds for missed or canceled classes. Makeup by attending another class during the semester.
  5. I agree to release, indemnify & hold Beverly Hall & The Malvern School of Music harmless from any & all liability claims, actions, judgments, damages or injuries of any kind.
  6. I allow my name, phone #,e-mail address to be published in class list & pictures of me & my child to be used.
  7. Enroll any time with prorated tuition + $17 Late Fee.
  8. $75 for siblings out of  age group.
  9. Defective curriculum replaced.
  10. $30 for bank problems.  

Privacy Policy

We promise to respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers or their children to any third parties. Any information you provide about yourself or your children is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Information gathered on our web site is collected and used by us and SimplySignup. We will not collect any personal information about adults or children except when specifically and knowingly provided by them. If we collect any personally identifiable information about children, we will first obtain their parents' consent. Examples of personally identifiable information include full name and birth date.

Use of Information

Information collected by us is used internally by our authorized individuals for three main purposes. First, we may collect information for improving our site by seeing which areas, features, and products are most popular. Second, we may collect information in order to personalize the site for our customers. Third, we may collect personal information from visitors who request additional information about our studio, a Free Preview Class Coupon, or who choose to register for classes online.

We hope that you will want to provide information about yourself, because it will make your experience here more valuable to you. If you are comfortable sharing some basic information, you will receive enhanced services that are impossible to offer to anonymous users. Examples of such services may include email notices of special and discounted items, e-newsletters, and special mailings related only to this studio. In addition, you may choose to receive occasional emails from Kindermusik by Beverly Hall and SimplySignup, including free developmental activities and special offers.

On occasion, we may also share non-personal, summary information regarding our customers with unrelated third parties (for example, we may publicly disclose the aggregate number of registered users of our web site). However, we will not share any personal information about any particular customer.

Registering for class online is a completely safe experience!

SSL encryption allows you to register with confidence, knowing that only you and Kindermusik by Beverly Hall have the ability to access your information.

Keeping customer information private and secure is a top priority.
